Chapter 16

It was the last Saturday in August and Chyna talked Leah into going out to Night Life with her Saturday night after the first football game. Right after the game, Chyna ran a few errands for her parents’ anniversary party that was quickly approaching. She had one week to complete everything on her list, but she was almost done, so she wasn’t worried about it. Dressed in a white studded bandage dress, gold Giuseppe Zanotti heels, and her hair straightened, Chyna took a picture of herself and posted it on Instagram and Snap Chat and headed to pick Leah up.

“Look at you! Babyface and Pete let you out looking so stunning?” Leah joked as soon as she got in the car.

“Don’t start tonight Leah!” Chyna warned. After snapping a hundred selfies and posting videos on Snap Chat, Chyna headed towards Night Life. Northside Drive was packed to capacity and everybody who was somebody was in the vicinity. Babyface told Chyna that once him and Vice finished up with business, they would come through and check it out. Pete was working and Ashley and Alyssa were busy, so everything was working out in Chyna’s favor.

The club was packed and everyone was having a good ass time. Some of the football players were in attendance and they had groupies hanging off of each arm. If they would’ve demanded them to bend down and suck their dicks right in the middle of the floor, they would have done it, judging by the looks of thirst on their faces. Chyna navigated through the club and found an empty table that was in perfect view of everything.

“Damn, did you reserve this shit? I can’t believe no one is sitting here,” Leah said over the music as they sat down.

“I guess it must be our lucky night girl,” Chyna said while vibing to Work by Rhianna. Chyna was feeling damn good about everything in life. She felt so free. The only thing she needed to do was get rid of Pete, so she could give her relationship with Babyface an honest try. Pete pretty much forced her to have sex with him two nights ago. She had been holding out so long and she was out of excuses, not that he was going to take one anyway. It wasn’t that sex with Pete was bad, but it was all Chyna knew, but after Babyface laid the pipe, she didn’t want to go backwards. Chyna’s money was stacking up nicely and at a faster pace than she imagined, and she was about to make a decision on an apartment within the next two weeks.

“You all smiling and shit! I might need to find me a bad boy like you,” Leah said, getting Chyna’s attention.

“Who said he’s a bad boy?” Chyna asked while smiling.

“Shit, ain’t nobody gotta say it. I can see it,” Leah retorted. Chyna laughed at her friend and started back dancing to the music.

About twenty minutes later, Chyna saw Babyface walking into the club and Vice was right there with him.
